RENTAL OPTIONS AND FEES

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note that a security deposit of $2000.00 for profitable events and $1500.00 for non-profitable events should be made upon rental of the said venue.
Additionally, the security deposit shall be forfeited if the following instances occur:
- Damage to the property i.e. holes or marking on the walls;
- ii. Damage furnishings or neighboring properties;
- iii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
CANCELLATION:
Notice of cancellation must be done in writing and/or email to officemgr@psa.tt and received at least 21 days before a carded event date, once this has occurred the PSA will refund the sum paid. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to your event date, you will forfeit 100% of the sum paid.
