Option 2 - PAY VIA SALARY DEDUCTION
One of our Membership Team Members will email to you a Salary Deduction Form for you to print, sign and submit to your Payroll Department. You may contact the Membership Department via email at membership@psa.tt or via telephone at 226-5059 Option 6 for further information.
